Step 2 – We’ll produce a comprehensive list of all the works your property requires to meet current HMO guidelines.
Step 3 – We provide you with a full costing for all building and conversion works if required.
Step 4 – We submit the licence application on your behalf and liaise with the Local Authority throughout the application process.
